Most of the developers in Iceland are at the tail end of their vacations. We've a nice little batch of dev blogs that will be published soon.

That's really not that funny you know.
Truth be told, it's not accurate, either :D

That's why it reads Community Manager. They can feed you your own poop and you will like it (when they are doing their job correctly). Seems that she is ;)

Play nicely.
In all seriousness, the reason for the lack of blogs at the moment is due to vacations, and we traditionally do not have a lot of blogs during this time of year. A large portion of our developers for EVE are based in Iceland, and like a number of Europeans, holidays are generally taken during the summer (which is a bit of a culture shock to Americans, who generally don't have the same number of vacation days).
One of the tasks that I handle is the scheduling of blogs. This is why you'll more often than not see me publish the threads in the EVE Information Portal channel announcing our newest blog. We currently have several technical blogs in the works which will provide much more detailed information into the work we have been doing in regards to the lag issues all of us have experienced. CCP Atropos recently mentioned that he has drafted a dev blog. His is one of several we have planned. I have read his, and am quite excited by the work he's been doing.
I am an EVE player first, ACM second. I believe in EVE and our corps of engineers who have been working tirelessly on tackling the lag monster head on.
Edit (adding content): Shadow rightly pointed out that ACM may not be a known acronym, as some of you may have signatures disabled. It stands for Associate Community Manager.

Oh Captain, my Captain.
The reason is simple: the tech blogs are dependent upon one another so that they make sense. Think of it as a group of interedependencies, if that makes sense.
